Mental Health Attitudes Need to Change on Mental Health


Have You ever been called Lazy by someone you care about or a stranger how did it make you feel? Stopping such stigma,

Dont feel ashamed of your illnesses, understand there will always be people who give us harsh comments but there words Dont define who you are.

What can you do? Start positive discussions with people on mental health, if someone puts down people with mental illness talk about the strengths people with mental illness can have.

Change starts with a positive attitude and positive discussion to stop 🚫 people seeing people with mental illness as bad.
