Notes on Party Membership

You are applying to become a member of the Child Protection Party. You are declaring that you are enrolled on the Commonwealth electoral roll at the address you have entered on the form. You agree to have your name added to our Contacts list. You agree to have your name added to our Newsletter mailing list. Your details will not be divulged to anyone. They remain private to the Party Executive and State Team Members. As part of the processing of applications, an applicant’s enrolment details must be confirmed by the Membership Secretary via the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) website. Silent voters are those people who, for reasons usually of personal safety, have their address details hidden on the electoral roll. If you are registered as a Silent voter, we must still obtain that confirmation of enrolment. Since our Membership Secretary cannot access your AEC record, we ask that you contact the AEC on 13 23 26 who will provide that confirmation which you can then forward on to the Party. Note that the confirmation from the AEC will NOT include your contact details.
